Lovely Paihia vibes 🌊
The big house we got was super spacious and comfy for our family! Loved the homely feel and having two loos was a bonus. Even had a friendly check-in from Winnie—she was sharp-sharp! Don't forget about the nearby beaches for the kids to play!
The pool was a bit outdated, but still a nice spot for a dip after exploring.

i almost gave this place a decent review, but the cleanliness was clearly unacceptable. only two towels for four people is just ludicrous! i also expected an upgrade as a special gesture, but alas, the management was too busy to care about my comfort. such a miss on their part.

Location was sweet as, but the cleanliness was a real letdown. Dirty sheets left me feeling itchy. could have been sorted better. Beds comfy, though!

My stay at Averill Court Motel was absolutely delightful. The room was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Winnie, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, truly enhancing the experience.

The pool and spa facilities on site offered a chance to unwind after busy days. The beds were comfortable and the room had a decent layout, providing some space for relaxation.
The inefficiency of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. it felt cramped and outdated. The oven also looked like it had seen better days, and cleanliness was an issue, with some towels carrying an undesirable odor. There was barely enough toilet paper for three people, forcing us to run to the store mid-stay. At over $500 a night, it felt like we were definitely overpaying for what we received, especially compared to much better options elsewhere.

The location is conveniently close to the main street and the beach, making it easy to explore. The beds were quite comfortable, and the spacious rooms felt homey. the lack of modern upgrades was noticeable, especially in the kitchen area where the oven didn’t function properly.

Awesome family stay!
We stayed in a great house that had loads of space. The kids loved running around in the large garden. Winnie was super helpful, always around when we needed anything. The walk to Paihia beach was nice, but the picnic area could use more tables. Just a bit outdated in some spots inside. a fab experience!

The location is perfect for exploring, and our room was spacious with a newly equipped kitchen. The Sky TV with 50 channels made our evenings enjoyable. The property was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep.
The pool wasn't heated, which was a slight letdown.
